John Carver

John Carver is one of the most published thinkers on governance worldwide. Governance is defined for this purpose as that share of management and organizational leadership peculiar to the governing body. (Non-governance papers on education and mental health form a small part of his earliest publications). For lifetime achievement of "Exceptional Contributions to the Principles and Practice of Quality in Governance," in 2013 he was awarded the Marcos E.J. Bertin Medal by the International Academy for Quality in Governance. Following is a listing in chronologically reversed order of John Carver's writings through March 2016.
